Hi! Whether or not you still have Skully it still sounds like you made out okay. I'm stiil on the same rig (when it gets out of the shop). The gearbox finally gave up the ghost and I'm paying out repairs on it until I can get enough ahead to start the repair of $1300+ before they actually start the overhaul. The entire engine has to be torn down! At least I'll have a new(ish) engine) when I get it back (probably in january). I'm going to try for a few trips next year. I want to go back to D.C. To the Viet nam memorial wall and maybe see some of the other east coast sights as long as I'm out that way. Maybe ride the Dragon and the Skyway. My daughter wants to go along if she's not in school at the time. I'll have to get her trained and licensed before we go. In the meantime I'm riding the bus. It's always something that's needing money isn't it? CYA around, ride safe! Lyn (tomcat101147).

Hey Syd -- Are you going to be in attendance this weekend at Arlan Ness's place to talk all about how great the Victory's are? Sounds like they have a heck of an event going on....

Hi Fishy! Long time no been here. I just bought another GPS unit recently and no it's still not one made for motorcycles but it does have a 3 year warranty and it is a Garmin. It's a Garmin 1460T with 5" screen and is actually made for car use but since I had good luck with my older Garmin 660 holding up well on the bars I figured what the heck. I thought of you as I was inputting the credit card number.

I hope your still enjoying your Skully and did actually make the ride you wanted to.

I may start checking back into Pashnit from time to time. It's one of the few things I enjoyed that was free! Cya Around.

Hi Syd, my daughter and I were up your way yesterday. We went to Reno on Hwy 80, and talked about you when we were near the Tahoe Donner interchange. Are you on a job near there ? I am retired out of Local 3, so I kinda watch the const.jobs. I live near Lake Camanche, and ride the hills often. Will see you one day. enjoy !
