Yep, 36 + years with the company.
As far as traveling Hwy 3, 36 it is iffy in March, but most likely open. You need to pay attention to the weather reports and what they brought. Normally, a few days after srping snow, the pavement will be clear and dry. If it snowed extraordinary, then there might be road closures. Up here in this neck of the woods they like to say "winter ain't over 'til it snows on the dogwood blooms" and that's usually early April. We almost always see a overnight snow in early April that melts by the end of the day.
I saw that you picked up a BMW, I've ridden a few in my years. I have a friend that rides with us and before he bought his own bike, he barrowed a K100RS. I really liked the bike.
