Most of the Sierra lakes don't have ice on them anymore. Kennedy Meadows (Sonora Pass Road) reports the streams are flowing at August levels.

I felt no hesitation through the power band but this was really a 20 minute analysis of performance. Others said they felt none, either, so it's either there at an unnoticeable level or it's not...
