Just my opinion, but bikes over 15 years of age become semi-restoration projects, as the rubber bits begin to wear out.

Things like hydraulic hoses and gaskets.

Just my opinion, but Highway 1 is the best motorcycle road in the world.

Lose a day somewhere else, but not on Highway 1 :)

I agree that you can ride the north coast in one day, but it's your first time, I would suggest taking two days and stopping to smell the roses.

Besides, you'll probably be pulling over every 100...
