It's been a while. I've just been reviewing this article, and reminiscing. Those were the days. Man, do I miss them.

Feeling nostalgic today, and missing the joy of the ride. Hello to all my Pashnit friends. I think of you often!

Jim, time to buy a bike and hit the road! I went back to page 1 of this thread and read your ride report. You really captured the sense of adventure we get when we tour. I too enjoyed riding the 96... meeting the locals at the Seiad General Store and hearing their plans to secede from the union was a highlight! And I met these guys...

What if I told you... slower traffic use turnouts actually means slower traffic use turnouts.

We don't get many big foot sightings down here in San Diego, but we do occasionally get a glimpse of the albino yeti...

    Re: In Search of Bigfoot

I just missed Big Foot last fall, we rode from Willets to Ft. Bragg early one Sunday morning about 6:30 A.M.,,,,, I learned the definition of ethereal. You could feel the big critter watching you through the shadows of the forest.
This thread has some absolutely stunning photos, good on ya Jim.
