Del Puerto repaved?
I last rode Del Puerto a few years ago and thought the pavement was better suited for a supermoto. I recently heard that the portion of Del Puerto in Stanislaus County has been repaved.
Can anyone confirm? |

Well, I know it's "fine for all bikes" - but the pavement used to be rough, and I'm wondering if it's been repaved recently.

I was on it sunday evening,It has not been repaved recently,but it was a few years back.I remember how bad it was and its not there yet but it could use a new surfacing.its ok for riding Travis just watch for patches of gravel at the usual places.There is some small spots of road work going on now but not much.

Rode it a couple of weeks ago.. pavement is fine but keep an eye out for dirt/gravel in some of the turns... and there are a couple of tight turns as you get to the end (running from the Junction to I5) that can catch you off guard so stay on guard...
