Tiberon with a few Old Farts

On any normal Wednesday the ballroom at Country Waffles if really cramped, but with some of the guys on their spring fling thru Nevada, Arizona, new Mexico, Colorado and Utah that left quite a bit of empty real estate at the breakfast table.
But still, conversation was non stop and the mislocated Old Farts Called Papa Ken just before I arrived at the unround table. In summery of that call, they hit inclimate weather, and like Papa Ken said, heck, they could have stayed home and had the same thing. I can't wait to see their photos, but till then here are a few from the ride Papa Ken,Martin, the cowboy and myself took to Tiberon yesterday.

I been getn really lucky at the over the shoulder camera shots.(knock on wood)
Our sweeper at the moment, Martin

I did everything except tap the Cowboy on the shoulder trying to get him to look at the camera.

Martin getn really close, what a ham, LOL

The look on Cowboys face was priceless when we pulled over and I told him our traveling leo was going to give him a ticket because he was past the wear bars on his tire.

Luckily Papa Ken stepped in and vouched for Cowboys ability to handle a shorter version of our planed ride on said tire.

Some people I just never tire (no pun) of photographing.

It was at this point Papa Ken needed some shrubery cleared to get a pick and I believe it was the Cowboy that offered up his pocket knife.

If you live in California and did not ride Wednesday, well, tough!!

Cuz as you can see, it was T-shirt weather.

Re: Tiberon with a few Old Farts

Nice job once again Frank. Thanks for all the witty text and great pictures. I think I will tag a few that I took on our ride today. BTW.......the ride was great and the finish was very nice also. The last ride we took Martin and Frank split off near the end of the ride and stopped for milkshakes without the rest of the gang........they didn't make that mistake again......Ken

Re: Tiberon with a few Old Farts

Tiburon is a pretty nice place. Many years ago, I worked at the NOAA lab right around the corner from there.

Couldn't ride Wednesday, so I rode today instead. Great day for a ride.

Happy to hear about Papa Ken looking at a new machine...however, without pictures, IT DIDN'T HAPPEN....

:-)
