Gary snapped off a couple of quick photo’s before heading back down the way we came up so that he could bag Tioga pass (Hwy 120) then three more summits in Nevada before heading home.
I got a kick out of the “Slow Trucks” addition to the pass sign. I got a few more pic’s in from the West side of Hwy 108 before the finish of my weekend ride. Big trees and rock piles around here Nice sweeper pull out view spot. Did I mention big trees and rock piles? Ahh chute. Hayes Station chute to be exact. The sign at top of the poles says “Hayes Station Population 2”. This was a long ride… 1099.3 miles in 4 days. I sure enjoyed it. This was a long post. Sure hope you enjoyed it.

Couldn't you round that off to 1100 miles? What's with the .7 shortfall? Such a purist you've become!! You guys had a grand time and I do wish I had been there to join in. Alan |

John, you do get around and I for one are glad you do. You certainly post some amazing ride reports and pictures. Keep on doing what you have the talent for as it is a pleasure to ride along with mOtO-ryder on one of his adventures.
