Need armor for Yamaha / Hein Gericke Jacket

Somehow, I've lost one of the armor pads from my Yamaha Racing jacket. It's made by Hein Gericke, and the shoulder and elbow inserts are identical.
I see that there are some aftermarket pads available, but they don't look like mine and I am leary about them fitting the pocket in the jacket, or being stiffer (less flexible), or not as protective as the original pads.
I'd really like to buy the original pads, but it looks like HG USA or their sucessor Fairchild Sports is no longer around. Dunno.

Anyone have a HG or Yamaha jacket they are parting out?

Or any leads on where to get HG pad(s)?
Or experience with the aftermarket pads (Joe Rocket, etc.)?

I have a hein gericke jacket i am willing to "part out". I need a new jacket. The one I have has a major hole inthe shoulder.
