Carson Pass/Ebbets Pass
Took a group ride yesterday over Carson Pass on Hwy. 88 and then back over Ebbets Pass on Hwy. 4. What a spectacular day. My favorite part is Ebbets Pass where the road is one lane. It looked like it had been re-paved and was in outstanding condition. Beautiful up there. We saw the trike with the Corvette rear end at a gas station near West Point. Great ride...around 400 miles for me door to door. It was also my first ride on my new Bridgestone Exedras....love em.

Gotta get up there soon. Thanks for the pictorial reminder, Jeff.
I haven't ridden anywhere that wasn't commuting (except once to Rio Vista) since I broke the 5 month riding hiatus and bought my new bike in April. Ebbetts has to be my favorite of all of 'em, especially mid-week. That trike IS shiny. Reminds me of the one I saw on Pawn Stars yesterday, except that one was red and had '57 Chevy fins.

I heard the new pavement up there is terrific so thanks for the photos. As above I am mid-week only on the local mountain passes from Memorial Day thru Labor Day Monday.
