Need road advice for Eureka NV to Lamoille NV
I did a search, but couldn't find info on the road quality of Strawberry Road, White Pine County Road and Rte 228/Harrison Pass Road from Eureka NV north to Lamoille NV. Hubby and I are travelling to visit with friends in Lamoille this July. Does anyone have any local knowledge to help us out? Such as, is it passable, goaty, gravelly, dirt, pavement, etc.

Strawberry/White Pine goes to dirt about 35 miles in. Closed in winter and I do not believe it is maintained in the open season. 305 out of Austin and then a little slab may be the safer route.

Ah thanks.
 That's what I needed to know. I don't want hubby (and he doesn't want to be) riding along dirt. Slab and 305 it is, then.
