Long deliver times, Minimal contact?

Does anybody else live outside America and have some long delays on getting parts delivered?
I have placed a couple of orders now (one being the compressor kit) and its been over a month and I still don't haver them in my hand?
I also ordered some brackets and I still haven't received my confirmation email with the invoice attached?
I want to customise my 2011 busa with this site but am finding it hard to put trust here as there is next to no human contact and I don't like waiting over a month for my items.
