Yes, I could get my bike on that road, but it would entail riding through tall weeds around the very sturdy steel county-installed gate (yellow, like the ones along Montezuma Hills Rd outside of Rio Vista). I would also have to ignore the "No Vehicles" sign. I was tempted, however. It definitely would be a very cool background for a bike picture.
