Found - license plate with tags
Found on road in Saratoga hills (South San Francisco Bay, CA) - rather mangled motorbike license plate with up-to-date tags. Plate starts with 20K so if you can give me the last 4 digits I'll send it on. Might save you some hassle at the DMV.
