LSL Handlebar Riser Kit

Expensive but effective. Excuse the ugly bar ends - LSL alternative should arrive today. Will post more pictures.

Wow...purty bike - Love the color scheme. Hope the risers help. Is that the stock seat? Comfortable?

Yeah...although I don't really have a favorite color, it seems like I always end up with blue and something scheme. This is my 4th bike in blue. And I have a blue car. Weird.

The risers are worth every penny - I won't be selling the Busa after all, which is a relief. I didn't feel and still don't like dishing out extra $4000 for the FJR. The risers rise 5 inches and pull back 6. The only draw back is that I'm having to learn how to ride the busa over again.

So, now I can finally start spending on extras. Just ordered the Leo Vince cans. I'm drooling.

Off to take pics of the LSL bar ends.

Re: LSL Handlebar Riser Kit

Here are the installed LSL bar ends - of course, the rubber insert didn't fit. No match for my brains and brute strenght. I managed to force one in and replace the rubber part on the other one.

The paint on the bar ends looks like a factory match.

It looks like you had to trim the windshield as well.

Did you look into the ConvertiBars as an option?

Thanks for the suggestion.

Yeah, I did - the price tag of $150 and some "pretty vs. unpretty" made me go with the LSL. The bizzaro weld on the Convertibars made it look like a lego handlebar (just a perception, not a fact ). I would have rather gone with a bend than the weld.

You know - the whole visual concept of busa is chubby and round. The CBs kind of disrupted that for me.
