Re: Bitterwater Road from 41 to 58?

It's a great ride in the spring when the hills are green, or anytime if goaty roads are your thing. Adventure bike material for sure. Made famous by that banner you're looking at on the top of the page, that's Pashnit's now-retired busa parked on the side of Bittewater. The best part of Bitterwater is it's hooked onto 58, which is an epic top 10 motorcycle road

That's the general impression I was getting, so I'm going to try it next spring.
We took San Juan to Shell creek down to 58. San Juan was a little goaty, but not bad.

How does Bitterwater compare to San Juan in degree of "goatiness".
San Juan was worse than the first part of Shell Creek, but the total miles of goat road, combined, was probably less than 10.
