Galfer brakelines order

Placed an order on July 13,2012. for a Galfer brake line kit. Just wondering how to find out the status of the order? I paid with credit card through paypal.

PayPal should have sent you a notice the same day. Also from the vender as well. Sometimes the USpostalS also sends a notice of shipping day and tracking #. That's what usually happens when I order on line.

Thanks for the reply. I did receive an reply from pay pal that they received the payment. Nothing from vendor yet. Does Pashnit.com give any verification of the purchase? I tried to call. Just received message. Tried to email no luck. I guess I'll have to wait to see if anything shows up at my door step. Hope it soon I need to ride!!

Thank you for your reply. And your advice. I also agree that the customer service is poor. The other problem is I ordered the brake lines through Pashnitmoto.com. I'm wondering if anybody else has experienced this type of customer service from Pashnitmoto.com. I guess I'll have to figure out how to cancel the order and purchase from someone else. Sure thought I would be riding this weekend.

I've order many items from Pashnit with no issues. last year I bought a pair of Galfer rotors for my BlackBird. It took a bit longer b/c of Canadian Customs, but they arrived in a timely manner. Now I keep a shipping address in Point Roberts and items bought on line arrive quicker. I receive notices from PayPal, the venders(motorcycle superstore) for example, post office, and the shipping location when the item arrives. Pashnit is very good, be patient. Keep trying. I even e-mailed Tim and received a reply.

Thanks again. I try to wait a couple more days. Just thought I would get some sort of verification other then they took payment. I took your advice and PM Pashnit. Hopefully he can let me know the status. I have no problem being patient, if I know parts are on the way. I have been dealing with the famous BMW iABS failure. I finally decided to pull all evidence of iABS and run direct lines to that calipers. All was going well until front brake lines blew out. Another weak link in the brake system. Now just waiting for brake lines to complete project. Anyway thanks for your reply and advice.
