Oh, that. ![]() Yeah... not much to be done in that case. Just keep an eye out for aircraft, etc. Harder to get a conviction when tagged that way should you choose to fight it. I think that's why it's used so infrequently here... but I'm just guessing.

Re: Radar and laser jammin' baby!!!
VASCAR is consider a speed trap (The first time that term has been used correctly here) and not legal in California. However pacing is legal and emits not signal.

Re: Radar and laser jammin' baby!!!
It's actually legal in a lot of states. However the question was is it legal in California, hence my reference that it is not in California.

Re: Radar and laser jammin' baby!!!
Couple of quick questions. When will the M27 be available? Will it work with the TPX radar unit? Getting ready to buy both a detector and the M27 unit, but will be riding in the wet North East. Must be water proof for both.
In mid Aug will be doing a cross country ride (Bos to SF), so would like to purchase something for the trip. Thanks John |

BC, ALberta and Sask you are allowed to have them. Everywhere else you are allowed to have them as long as LEO's don't see them. It is best to have it wired to a switch to turn it off when you spot the speed trap killing its signal that they can detect. ![]() Live free by bending unfair rules in your favor.
