SLO Pashnit Ride II, 4/29-5/1 - Strega's Pics

My friday ride was pretty uneventful compared to my comrads. A solo ride down the J1, heavy rains the day prior made for clean roads and heavy overcast for some good photos. This road is so remote you don't want to over ride and do something silly as it would be awhile before anyone would find you. When I ride solo I like to just kind of cruise and look around. What's the hurry anyway.

Saturday I joined the rest of the group for breakfast. Tim, Joe, Pat, Brandon,Shawn and three students from Cal Poly Margo, Matt and my son Drew.
They have a motorcyle club on campus called the "Penguins" its mostly a dirt bike group about 95% the other 5% was on our ride. Margo just happens to be treasure of the club and sprung for breakfast for everyone on behalf of the Penguins very nice thanks Margo.

Tim with that saddle up and ride look. Rarely was anyone waiting for me at any rest or fuel stop I'm usually the first one gone.
