Ride for a Hero II
Hello Pashnit!
Well, it seems that we're still getting donations from the last ride in December and due to possible future deployments, I'm throwing a hard date out hoping I'll still be here for it! I'm sorry to drop off the site so long, but training troops to go to the sandbox has crushed my free time! We'll end this heavy training cycle the 4th of July weekend and Moto GP is the following weekend after this event at Laguna Seca. So I hope this time it doen't conflict with too many people's schedules! Coordination is under way and we'll have a website up very soon! I hope to hear from anyone on this soon as this time its going to be huge... Ride safe! |

I didn't make the last ride, but I'll for sure do my best to make this next one.

Re: Ride for a Hero II
I'm set. Mapped it out. A little slab. a little twisty. 257 miles. Predawn start to make the most of the day. Anyone else in the SoCal area want to make the trip? Maybe meet up along the way?

Re: Ride for a Hero II
Happy easter!I just posted yesterday and already over 100 views! I knew I'd get your attention Aiki boy and wbunning, can't wait to see you two again. scrubbed flat, I should be able to draw a couple of barracks (WWII era, but they have hot water and bunks) so I'll IM you as soon as I can confirm anything. The MP's 1SG got deployed to Iraq, and I'm back-filling for him at the front gate! So, if you have your DL and registration or your Road Captain will vouch for your group, I'll make it as painless as possible for moto's to get on post! I'm also in contact with a possible "Sister" Hero Ride coordinater, that wants to do a Arizona drop point for you desert riders as well! So stay tuned for the website link for all the info...
