Knee-scrapin' on a Yamaha FJR1300

My riding partner Tim was out at Infineon (Sears Point) the other day for a Reg Pridmore CLASS Track Day - here's the pics!

And thought you couldn't do much with a bulky ole FJR. Least he took the hard bags off.

Tim tells this story that one time we were leading a group of riders up Hwy 33 (near Ojai) and he was leaned over in a corner on the FJR. He touched the footbrake and nothing happened, couldn't figure that one out- thought maybe something was busted or somethin'.

Turns out he was leaned over so far, he was pushing the footbrake against the ground grinding away. Oh, and that was with his girlfriend on the back. Whatta nut!

I love the FJR. That's one of my "someday" bikes. Those pics don't make them any less desireable, either.

Ok, I must be bored, but if you look at post #3 (the one with the two photos side-by-side), cross your eyes, the resulting combined image looks 3d.
