Boggs Mountain Moto Camp Group Ride**CANCELLED**
I am planning a trip to the Lake County area and am utilizing Custom Camps Family Camping Service to set us up with our overnight accomodations, including our food and drinks. All you will need to bring is your own sleeping bag and personal items. We will meet at 3506 Bridgeford Drive, Sacramento, CA 95834 at 8:30 am, kickstands up at 9:00 am. The planned route will include some very motorcycle oriented roads. I have a route chosen, but would be open to suggestions. Details to follow after I see what kind of interest there is. For those interested in joining the group PM me or post here so I have a headcount of riders, but please make sure you contact Chris to place your reservations and confirm your spot for camping. His phone number for reservations is on the website here http://www.custom-camps.com/motocamp.htm or you can do it by email. Deadline for reservations is June 15th. There are options if you'd like to join in on the ride, but not have the camp set up for you. If you have your own gear you are more than welcome to come along. There is a food only price which includes all the meals, snacks, and beverages that are included with a full camp set-up. Check the website.
My wife and I hired Custom Camps Family Camping Service to provide us with all the necessities for an overnighter camping trip on our motorcycles on the weekend of my birthday. They provided everything we could imagine for a camping adventure that was totally unforgettable, especially on a motorcycle. Included was a tent with more than enough room for two, flashlights for each of us, toilet paper, a tent light with a fan, air mattress, camp chairs, firewood, water, snacks, and an awesome campfire dinner. Heck he even had some beer for me as a gift to celebrate my day. The next morning we awoke to fresh coffee. Biscuits and Gravy with eggs were prepared for us for breakfast. When we were ready to leave all we had to do was gear up and go. No worries about tearing down camp or packing up the bikes, besides our own items of course. If this sounds like something you'd like to do let me know and we'll make it happen. Please respond to this post and let us know what you think either way. I'm sure the more feedback we get the better. Let's Ride, Let's Camp, Let's Ride Again!
