The Del Puerto Canyon Run

A few of us made a run through Del Puerto Canyon today. My first time through this area. Thanks Chief for leading a great ride. On to the pics, there's not very many but did get to see some very interesting stuff out there, have to read on to see.

First pic is just before getting into Patterson. I wish I had a better camera because the pic turned out all hazey when it was a very clear morning.

Next up is a couple at the Junction. This place was a lot smaller then I had thought, it looked much bigger in other pics I have seen.

First the bikes from left to right Kenny's (Chief) Buell, Eric's (ducat) 999, my R6, and some random guy that was there.

Second pic is Ryan's (turfpro) Harley sportster, and Jim's (jas1450) Harley. Sorry Jim don't know my Harley's

Now onto the Exotic bike. This guy rolled up on this piece on machinery. He said there are only 11 of these in the states. He was out breaking it in. First set of pics is of all sides of the bike.

Now check out the radiator fans. BTW this thing only has three cylinders.

Here's one of the cockpit and last the hybrid frame. The frame is like the new Yamaha Raptor quad, its steel tube connected to aluminun.

Ok enough of the cool bikes, onto the coolest job you could think of.

Check these guys out way up on these high voltage lines. First them then a perspective shot of where they are.

Here's how they get up there and then them leaving. Let me tell you it was a site to see.

Random Guy = Ken. A regular Mt. Ham Rider.
