Neither Wind, Nor Rain. The Season's Last Pashnit Tour

Riders headed out on Hwy 58 - they're actually backtracking to go ride the whoops again, which Hwy 58 is famous for.

Their backtracking was good for me, I got some fantastic shots as they zoomed by. Weather sucked, but it can produce some great colors!!

Tim & Becky - Tim had on his fancy new Olympia suit, they run about $450. He had contacted the company, and by chance they asked if he wanted to participate in a photo shoot for their new product catalog. The next day. So he took them to Nacimiento Rd along the Big Sur Coast (ironically, the weather was perfect vs. our run through there 24 hrs later) and they did all the photography of the new suit. Which he got to keep.

So now you know where all their hot models come from.

Not sure if you can see this, but look at the tires, and then look at the bike (which is a GS- 10.2 gallon tank ).

Didn't realize it at first but this small batch produced some very cool pics, with great colors. Translate well into these.

Anyone that has ever ridden Hwy 58 along the Central California Coast knows how wide open this stretch can be. Fun stuff.

So pleased to see sunshine, still wasn't paying attention to the clouds ahead, but once we got up into the Temblor Range in the clouds, the fog was so bad, down to 30-50 feet visibility & rain-fog. I stopped to put on the rain suit even. Blech!

It was after that, we hooked up the SoCal Pashnit Ride taking place. Along Hwy 33 south of Taft, we ran into an additional 19 bikes.

Henry trying out the Busa, some deja vu for him from his August Pashnit NorCal Tour a short while back. Lot of new faces for me to meet. I rolled up and everyone was staring at me. Is that the pashnit guy? Of the 20 some riders that took part in the 3rd Annual Mid-October Pashnit SoCal Ride (now a yearly tradition), great meeting all of you!
