You should have got a 600 so you could grow into it......... .

Just messin with ya. Myself and several other on the forum think the 250 Ninja is the perfect beginner bike. I know of one "adult" on here who swipes his wife's 250 on a regular basis. Congrats on the new toy, have fun and be safe...... RON

Nice choice, Josh! Always keep safety & proper riding ethics/techniques as a priority consideration during your learning curve!

I love my 250. Problably moving onto something bigger in the next year or 2. I will keep the 250 though for going to work back and forth to work still some days.

Re: Got it off E-bay :) My new Ninja 250

Very good bike to learn on. Thats what I started with..... well it was my buddies GF's bike. The only thing that I wished it has was better breaks. Outside form that it was a really good bike to start with. When you get a chance look on http://forums.ninja250.org/ for some good tires. Ditch that stock rubber as soon as you can. Outside from that have fun with it!
