Heat Demons Grip Heaters Group Buy
Feb '08 Only!! This is also a brand new product on the market. Designed for hollow bars, the heating element slides inside the bar to keep your hands toasty warm. They're available for motorcycles- both metric and Harley. They come in black or silver. Take a look at the on-off button for the Heat Demons- looks just like an OEM part! Normally sell for $109 retail, click the link for more details. This is a Buy Now Group Buy so just click the link and I'll send you a set out. Make sure you know whether your bike has hollow or solid bars before you order these. ![]() Info & Buy Now Link: http://www.pashnit.com/product/heatdemons.html ![]() ![]()

Has anyone actually bought this item and had it installed? What did the labor cost you?
And most of all, do they really warm? Wyldspirit |

Sue, it's a very new product, and even somewhat new idea to put the element inside the bar. I sent the first one out a couple days ago, not sure if that fella has installed them yet.

One thing to consider before using these type of heaters is what kind of handlebars you are using . I have installed a similiar product that is actually made for snowmobiles inside of aluminum bars and the heat felt was not worth it. The aluminum itself is the problem.
If you have steel bars it's much better. If your not sure what kind of bars you have use a magnet, if it grabs it's steel ,if not it's aluminum. |

HEAT DEMONS GRIP HEATERS?
Looks pretty decent. Any FJR owners out there that have tried this particular metric unit? Installation input? Love to have your feedback if so. Planning April trip to Sierra's & Yellowstone in June and need to do something worthwhile. Thnx! FJRGD

As much as I want to believe that our group will not see any bad and/or cold weather on our mid June Yellowstone trip, it's silly to not get ready for it. Nor-Cal, Oregon, Idaho & Wyoming? Cold & wet I do not want to be from experience. In prepping my FJR for decent grip warmers, I just want to make sure that they're a functional value. Thnx, FJRGD

I forgot I had bar end weights and there is a piece that is welded in my bar ends that accepts the screw of the bar end weights. The OEM looking control unit is what sold me but unfortunately I can't use them. They look fairly easy to install if your bar ends are hollow. I currently have them listed on eBay. Symtec also makes a set that installs directly under your grips. I purchased those and installed them. The controller isn't as slick but they work great. My hands stayed warm on a cold ride. |
