Have not been on here for awhile, new bike

I started posting on here when I received my 06 Ninja 250 in June 06. I have continued to ride the 250, now showing 27,322 miles since new. I have acquired a second ride in Dec 07. A 1978 KZ1000. Since Dec I have made some changs to it. Enjoy:

Nice! My first brand new bike was a '79GS 750 Suzi, so I am familier with this K-Wacker.

"Back in the day", guys would fit billet alloy front motor mounts...they really stiffened up the frame. 3/8" aluminum plate would do nicely, if you are so inclined. (if pushed the frame can wind up a bit on these bikes) *two cents*

Thanks for the replies.

I will keep the engine plate idea in mind. Love the clipons, way different feel now.

Yes the exhaust is the Vance and Hines. Loud and mean. hehe
