Virginia Beach to California in March..

Once a year, usually in February, I go to Ferndale, California for a slot car race. This year the race was a month later than normal, and the opportunity to ride presented itself. My trip diary is here, click on the pix to blow them up.

thought I was the slot racer on here -- could never get into racing the HO scale, but I do like running the scale 1/24

that was a great report -- my goal is to run a 100 CC this summer

Great ride report, Tom, and I loved your pictures. I just returned from a similar trip and we covered a lot of the same ground. Thanks for "taking me along."
