Ducati, Harley... no matter. Let's ride. After the ride on Cottonwood Rd from Tuolumne on out to Cherry Lake, it was a southerly trek on Cherry Lake Rd on over to Hwy 120 and into Yosemite NP for lunch

After zipping over Tioga Pass, we had some daylight left, so I took the riders on over to Mono Lake.

Two versions of the same photo, have a favorite? Has a lot to do with the height of the camera off the ground. Changes the way the photo feels. Lots of big sky out here.

Interesting example of shooting the same thing, but varying your photos just a bit. These are all different photographs actually. The change could be something simple. A step forward or backwards, a different zoom level to your lens. Try different things. Never know what you'll get. In these, the sun is just setting behind the horizon.

And portrait pano. The water of course was like glass. When you touch it though, it's slippery, like soapy water due to the super-high salinity content.
