Volunteers Needed for Bay Area Int'l Moto Show - work in pashnit booth

It seems pretty far off, but the Cycle World International Motorcycle Show in San Mateo is just around the corner. Unfortunately, it's the weekend before Christmas. Dec 19,20,21.

We are asking for Pashnit Tour Alumni to volunteer their time to hang out in the Pashnit Booth. My basic idea is if you could just hang out for an hour (or whatever) and chat with folks about the tours, or the pashnit site, that would be a huge help. During the peak times of the show, midday, it's just nutty. Last year, Tim & I just got mobbed. There wasn't a remote chance to talk to everyone or answer simple questions. There were times when we surrounded by 30 people all staring at that Pashnit sign. Every last one of 'em goes 'are you the guy?'

Any Pashnit Tour participants that'd be willing to be at the show and help us out? Possibly you already plan on going, but could set some time aside, hour or so, to just be in the Pashnit Booth.

Here's what I mean. You can see Tim in the 1st one. Every last one of these people could use a card, or sticker, or handshake. That sort of thing.

Plus we are in this same corner of the building this year again, so same place last 3 yrs, everyone knows where to find the Pashnit booth.

I'm planning on coming to this show again this year, either Saturday or Sunday. Ill come by for a while. The iphone will be loaded up with Pashnit Tour pics as well.

I can help out either Saturday or Sunday, Tim. I know it's a ways off, but let me know which day you're shortest on help and I'll help fill in. Do I need to sign any disclaimers? You know, the usual: "The opinions expressed are not necessarily those of management", etc.

I think I read somewhere that Tim2 was going to be at the Long Beach show Dec 5-7...if so I can probably help him out for a few hours on Saturday.

PS: I'm a 2008 2 tour alumni...(^_^)

Hi Jeff, that's correct. Tim2 will also be at the Long Beach show in SoCal. I won't be there for that one, so we could defintely use some help for PMT Alumnit there too. Any help you can do Jeff would be great.
