How are you getting there today? Call this a documentary question.

I'm departing Placervlle for 395 to the east. Then eventually over Ebbetts Pass for the run to Big Trees.

Donna is meeting Klutschengrabber and pillion at 7am, an hour before I meet John and Vince in PVille. They're doing a southbound shot down 49 to find cool waters tomorra.

So how are you getting to the Gathering?

Myself, Law Dawg, Jester and possibly one more addition will be leaving Oakhurst and heading up 49 to 108, with a few goat-trail side-trips. We'll cross Sonora Pass, then head north on 395. We'll then take 89 to 4, to the park. That route gives us three passes.

Not sure if Bruce is riding his bike or going in the truck with me, but we'll head up Murphy's Grade Rd (a nice little jaunt) to Hwy 4, then on to Big Trees. Have passed it several times this past week on our rides. Will try finding our spot once inside by asking for Fisher party... or Pashnit Gathering. I'm sure they'll have seen lots of y'all by then! Can't wait!
