I've got friends and family in Oregon and I've been up there enough times to relate to most of this...

I don't live in Oregon, but I have friends there and have made lengthy visits in the past...I'm thinkin' about 99% accuracy on Jeff's list...the other 1% I'm not sure about...

If you can drive 75 mph through 2 feet of snow during a raging blizzard without flinching, you live in Central,Southern or Eastern Oregon.
Bend there, done that. Also 75 on black ice in the pickup camper. I can relate to most of them, except the coffee ones. I was hooked on caffeine once with soda and don't want to do it again with expensive coffees. The different name are the easy ones. The many many tribes of Indians accross the state have some very hard names. |
