Taking the helm as " Fahrt Captian " was Jim/Kluts who planned the route(s) and led us over some of the finest, yet varied, roads this area has to offer. Thank you Jim... It was a pleasure to ride with you again. You set a good pace and the short cut back to Erics saved the day.  The ride consisted of some familiar faces and some new, a variety of bikes and riders yet everyone had a good time and made it back to port safe and sound after a good day of riding, lunch and of course the normal BS'ing. I only have a few shots but hopefully others will add some of their own too.  More Pics ... Even more Pics!... And yet more pics The meet up.   On the fly.   Regrouping.

... And of course the mandatory food shots from Markleeville.
  And one shot of the Trusty STeed.  After the ride it was off to Erics for the post-ride festivities which included some of the best tri-tip I have had with all the goodies to compliment it, some cool effervescent beverage, topped off with some crazy yet very nice folks who made me feel very welcome. I had a great time.  Thank you Eric and Family for the hospitality and welcome to Sacramento Muh Friend!

Your ride inspired me. I got time off on Sunday and the wife had to work so I took my new bike up to Markleeville, what a great day.
Some day I hope my schedule will slow down so I might be able to meet and ride with some of you. Thanks for great report and photos.
