That was a really interesting story Stephen! I never knew that history of the UK, especially Kent. It really is beautiful there, and I loved your great photos! If Rob and I ever get over to England, I definately want to see Kent! The beach reminded me of Virginia Beach back when we were kids. It's all changed now and not quite as nice as it once was! Now what did you mean by that beach not being typical of most beaches over there?
That staircase was cool! Wow, that'd be some work if you forgot something top side and had to hike back to the parking area!

Great post again, as per usual! ('cept the cockles looked like you described them....already been chewed. )

Thanks Suzi. The beach isn't typical because it's clean, pleasant and free of litter and dog poo.
