You may have company at the Lodge, if I can make this years I will probably do that as well. If for no other reason, my snoring may stimulate the local bear population and I sure don't need to explain to my wife why I brought Brunhilda home with me.

I thought the official word was the date is ... July 16. And a once this year event.
Perhaps due to lack of participation last fall, tho' it was a bit late in the season, October 16.
And they would skip the spring, to go with one summer event.

That's the weekend this time around, and with the epic snow we've all had this year, waiting until then is probably a good move.

Sorry for any confusion...the Official Date for the Pashnit Summer Gathering is July 2nd, and yes that is July 4th Weekend...We have reserved the 1st through the 4th for this return to a Summer Gathering...The Pool will be open and reasonably warm, we'll have the usual BBQ, outdoor movies, a new VIP Room open with bar and the amazing Bench-Around-The-Tree There will be some of the old school bike games, ala slow race etc. dirt and street bike rides and who knows what else...Come early, stay late, drop by for the day...we promise no freezing night-time temperatures

Stay tuned for more details, and Tim M. will no doubt start a thread to make it official...

The July 16th weekend is a reserved weekend for a music event...PM me for details of that if you like EDM

Can someone post an official thread with the official final date?
That may help some people with confusion on the date. This thread is still titled with the July 16, 2011 date, which I almost started planning on.
I don't know about the July 2 idea. I don't like to get out there on big holiday weekends. Too crowded anywhere.
But maybe I can figure out how to do it.

Yes, the date has been changed to July 2nd, will close this thread and start up another one for the July Pashnit Gathering.
