Road trip to Canada

I had looked forward to a long ride for months, and finally left Scottsdale on May 27th. My plan was to ride up through Salt Lake City then turn west and ride through the NE part of Nevada, continue up into Idaho and Montana and end up in Banff.

Outside Flagstaff

Vermillion Cliffs

Marble Canyon

Lees Ferry

Zion NP

Nice ride...

Day 4 was Glacier NP, Kootenay NP in British Columbia and then over to Banff.

Glacier was beautiful, but I was a couple of weeks early for the Going to the Sun road.

Weird home...

Re: Road trip to Canada

Day 6 was my final day. I got up early and rode all day....1100 miles from Butte, MT back to Scottsdale. Long day - made it in just under 18 hours.

This picture was taken just before dawn outside Butte.

1,100 miles in one day, you're an Iron Man. Great pics. Next time I suggest you carry on from Banff through the Ice Fields to Jasper.
