just received my new tire changer from no-mar.

fit and finish is a five star out of five stars.
went together correctly with NO fudging like some products.
works like a dream.(only one tire...so far).

get the classis with the deal and "other" parts. sure your cc will hate you but the co will love you for the interest. but you will get something to pass on down to the grand kids..or great grand kids.

you get to save time, fuel, money, to just get a tire bought and mounted.
as now i can have them shipped right to my door step and for less cash.
how many times have you had to order the size your bike needs? as they never seam to have my size in stock. and return a week or two latter to pay again to have it mounted. and you bike is down all this time.
and with two ways to set it up for track days.

How are you balancing your tires?

I got a nifty bead popper from Aerostich that hammers in, and a set of irons from Motion Pro. This and a milk crate is all you need to change a tire.

I did balancing with airsoft pellets. Works but it's strange, will try something different next time.

a static balancer from no-mar.
works great..so-far.
had to add a lot of weight to the new tire 3/4 oz but great up to 75 mph.
do to my job i need to protect my cdl so 75 tops for me.
plus it was getting dark, last thing i need would be a bambi jumping in the rd.

3/4 is not that much. Wait until you get a tire that takes 1 3/4. Many bike manufacturers tell you that up to 2 or 2 1/2 is okay but I have not seen a tire that out of balance in years.

I have had a Cycle Hill for a few years and before that used 35 gallon drums and before that the milk crate thing ... no comparison. Job takes less than 1/2 the time and much less aggravation and sweat equity. Not to mention radials are a bitch compared to bias ply. Did you get a couple of the big spoons with the nylon tip? If not, get at least one for that last little umpf over the lip at the end, makes a huge difference.

The next challenge, where to dispose of the old tires. I fortunately have a neighbor that has a place at work he can unload them for me.

well i did not buy this for a "job" but who ever has me change there tires..get's the old one back. no deposit...no return.

if not then on earth day i can burn a couple tires.

yes i plan on getting a couple three of the old school spoons, and two of the no mar units. but after dropping over $1,200.00 must wait a couple months.

and as for the weight this was a front tire 100/80X16 pirelli mt75, a small tire.
but with a static balancer up to 75 mph no problem, so i am good to go.
