Prescott, Arizona Sunday Ride

Keep bringing more people into my little circle of riding friends. Got Wright, Dex, and Squid (last name Calamaro, not a reference to his riding) to get up early Sunday morning and brave the colder than we are used to weather.

Moke with Sheena on back, Yeo on his SV1000, and Malina riding pillion even though I feel she's ready to tackle the twisties herself.

Camera was dead on the way up but got plenty of pictures on the way back.

Hope you likey.

Stopping to regroup after the twisties, one bike was missing though. Dex didn't wake up till later and caught up with us after breakfast.

If you are ever up this way and want a big breakfast, eat at the Lone Spur Cafe. The omelets are huge!

After a huge meal and lots of coffee we started to head out when our lost rider showed up. So we sat around for a little bit to let him rest his butt. The park here is absolutely beautiful, couple that with fall and you get a great picture.

Re: Prescott Sunday Ride

Got to the end of the twisties to wait for everyone when a red car pulls up. I'm thinking, "Oh great someone went down." Turns out it was an old lady we passed and she didn't like how we passed her on a double yellow. I bit my tongue when she was lecturing on how it's dangerous. But I couldn't hold back my smile. When she told me it wasn't funny, I told her "Lady I'm going to keep doing it." At this point she pulled away and proceeded to flip us off.

I wish I could of told her that if she would pull over we wouldn't pass double yellow, but... yeah... well... I didn't care. Besides not like she would take my advice.

Any who on to more pictures.
