Re: My Ride To Bear Mountain
Hey,
I grew up in that area. Just a bit north of there around New Windsor, Valesgate and Newburgh. Just love route 218 from Westpoint Military Academy to Storm King mountain along the Hudson River Valley. Its just great scenery. Long ago I used to ride up to Bear Mountain Park on my ten speed bicycle. Thanks for bringing back good memories!

Nice Todd! I grew up also in Newburgh. Actually little further north in Marlborough. God's country for sure. Watch out for Montgomery cops on 9W!
