Caution on Mosquito Ridge...
Don't know how long it will take the county to clean this up so take it easy on Mosquito Ridge Rd this week. About 4 miles from the bridge...

Glad to see there aren't riders lined up along the guard rail down there all busted up. That would be one NASTY surprise to turn a corner into...

there's landslides like that right there all the time. if you look at the road right there, you'll see it's heavily pockmarked. anyhow, in that particular section, it won't catch you by suprise, cuase you can see through that section from far away. there's another spot about 1000 feet from the bridge that's often even worse. every time it rains, there's land slides in the same few spots. i've even had a fist size rock fall about 10 feet in front of me once. i was sitting outside on my deck when i saw you 2 go by yesterday, headed towards french meadows. also, around 5pm, there were 2 ambulances and 2 firetrucks that went by as well.

I saw it happen: Ted Shred with his loud aftermarket can roared by and caused a landslide ...
Had an all 1200 GS ride with Joe and Ted on MRR on Sunday:
