Back in the day...
Hard to believe that back the day, before I settled down, got married and quit drinkin'...
...I used to stay up all night justa drinkin' my whiskey and playin' in a honky-tonk band!!   I was scanning some old pics, and these kinda brought back some memories. First is at a dive called the Jolly Fox, Christmas Eve 1990... Next one is Jolly Fox, New Years Eve 90-91. I don't know what I was thinkin' when I bought that shirt, but hey, what can I say, it got me laid... Last one like around spring of 92, at a place called "Trader Moa's", shortly before I met my wife and gave up my evil ways. It's funny that drummer Mike is smoking a cigarette...any of you old-timers remember the "good old days" when you could smoke in a bar??... I guess a lot's changed since then... |

Ahh yes, you must mean photos of the early 90's... performing at a club in Chicago. And the ever popular promotional snapshot in black & white. That oughta answer the question of whether I've always had a pony tail...

I was never in a band.
My musical instrument of choice was/is… a stereo. But, here’s some nostalgia photo’s anyway. 1. How cute, what happened? (late 50's) 2. My first bike! (1964, check out those "new" cars back there) 3. Silverton HS wrestling (late 60's) 4. Keesler AFB. My Yamaha 175 (1972) 5. Big hair days w/ my infant son (1982-3) (now 6’4” and 25 years old!) (edit to add... this was my post # 666 on PASHNIT... )
