My new bike: 2007 Honda 919

Okay, as if you haven't seen 4 million of them already, here is my 919. I bought it new off the showroom with zero miles back in November 2008. Done a few mods, some of which I switched back (like the Motion Werkes fender eliminator among other things) but nothing really major: Power Commander 3 and the LCD unit, Yoshimura TRS stainless steel slip-ons, catless Y-pipe, Motovation frame sliders, flapper mod, Pairs Block-Off plates, K&N air filter, TwoBrothers Juice Box (sold already: didn't play well with the Power Commander), LED tail light bulbs, Vizi-Tec brake light flasher, DataTool Digital gear indicator (sold, never installed), Speedo-Healer (sold, never installed), Gorilla alarm, Bully disc lock, and a few other things I'm probably forgetting like the LoJack I had installed the week after I got the bike. It's not much, but it's my only current bike and it's more fun that any I've ever had. Scarey fast! Especially since DynoJet re-mapped my PC3USB over the computer when I called them. They gave it tons of more power in the lower rpms, plus they turned on the Accelerator Pump Feature, which made a huge difference! So, here it be:

Please forgive my Japanese ignorance, but what the heck is an "Accelerator Pump Feature?" Also, why would it be turned off???
REALLY nice bike though... I may be a Beemer bum, but when it comes to the realm of affordability, it seems not too much can beat a Honda.

I think that bike is very elegant. A lot of power in a smooth package, I really like that rare attitude.

It's like the one in carbs. But in this case, it's simply a feature of the Power Commander. A feature that works like crazy, but results in a tiny puff of black smoke every time I snap the throttle, even at higher rpm's (according to riders behind me). Every time you crack the throttle, it gives an added shot of fuel. Very noticable!
