Highway 395 North from Reno thru OR & WA
Just for what it's worth .... One of the least talked about, but one of the great corss-country rides, is 395 north up to Washington state. You can then head east into Idaho, up 95 to Sand Point and then east again into Montana.
Once about 50 miles north of Reno, 395 is lightly traveled. And further up, especialy on a weekday, you are pretty much left to your own. Very nice country, very diverse surroundings and relaxing ride. Just FYI :bike |
