Dirt bike classes for first timers
I am looking for a good place to learn (classes) how to ride a dirt bike in So California (Orange County area). I found some doing searches, but would like some responses on others experiences.
I have been street riding about 4 years and thinking about also getting a dirt or enduro type bike. Thanks |

Re: Dirt bike classes for first timers
My good friend Rob runs the MSF dirt school here in NorCal. If you send him an email - dirtbikecoach@aol.com he should be able to hook you up with somebody in SoCal

Re: Dirt bike classes for first timers
Also, if you want to learn to ride larger dual sort bikes off road the best school by far is www.rawhyde-offroad.com
Jim Hyde is an awesome teacher and the weekend Adventure Training class that he runs is just 1st class. He's located in the mountains above Castaic, not far from Orange County.

There's several good schools out there in SoCal.

Re: Dirt bike classes for first timers
Thanks all for the info ... this is what I am looking for and I will update when scheduled and completed.
I was looking at the motoventures and dirtbikeschools sites already, but the rawhyde looks like that would be a good experience. |
