The Boss buys a Chopper... it's a Big Dog !!
So the other day my boss rolls up on a new Chopper - Big Dog, that he bought from the Arlen Ness showroom (in Pleasanton). This thing is really sweet. Have to say Choppers aren't exactly something I thought of, but once you sit on this thing and ride it, very cool.
This is a 2005 Big Dog Chopper.. here's the website btw So he offers me the keys, Can't say no to that! Off I go, camera in tow... (yes, I take a lot of pics, so sit back and enjoy. It's a Canon G5 btw) |

Big Dog Chopper motor- yes, its' a 117cu which is supposed to be pretty big. If you drop the hammer on this thing, it really moves (& I ride a busa!).
It's chain primary drive on the left side (scroll down), and belt drive on the right, give some good balance. No torque-ing at all. You can even take your hands off the bars, and it tracks straight right down the road. Six speed too. |
