SLO 58 to 33 to Pine Mountain to see the snow

We hit 58 outta town to find some clear skies. Atascadero was chilly and over cast as we scooted to Santa Margarita

But as we peeked over the hills, by passing Pozo road for Highway 58, the fog cleared and the warth of Summer was creeping into the leathers.

Beautiful. Fun. so much so I forgot about he Camera for about 50 miles.

Not until 7 mile road did we even stop for a quick visor cleaning. Boy were the bugs out in force.

Darn at that point my Battery died so......

This shot was taken coming down from Pine Moutain.

Smokey says that's snow up there.

Ah the curves ..... enjoy ... we did.

Leaving Taft for Atascadero

Sting the next 4 together left to right. This is the meat of the curves on the east side of the Tremblor Range.

She just turned 40000.

What a great place for a 40000 mile celebration. Highway 229.

Finished off the day by rolling through Creston and on to Atascadero via 41
