A lonely country road along VA/WV line
Found myself motoring along a quiet, picturesque country road a few weeks ago.
    just for the heck of it

My parents and older brother and sister were from WV. I was back there, when in the Army in '72 and barrowed my cousines Triumph and took a 125 mile trip. Actually it was supposed to be about a 75 or so mile trip, but, I got lost. Acouple days later, I went out again with my uncle, who had a '63 HD Sportster. We had a blast. Absolutly beautiful country! I inherrited that HD in '94, but sold it 2 months later. It only had 3600 original miles and everything except the battery was original. I really did not like the bike. It shook like a washing machine and had no getty up, had to wear a kidney belt just to go around the block.

 a lot of nicely wooded roads in these parts... just not a lot that I feel comfortable stopping on to take pics of (yet) or want to stop cuz i'm enjoyin the ride too much  Hey Rexxer - if ya ever plan on coming down thru my way, let me kno & we'll try to hook up for a ride...
