Here's today's pics:
Did some playing around with lighting. Tried to get a pic with some lightning, but I'm just not fast enough. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Ron

Re: Today's Pics
You did a good job with all of the photos. The last one, you obviously used flash.

Re: Today's Pics
Very nice Ron!!
![]() Check out what happens when I tweak the pic a bit- wee bit of cropping, sharpness, brightness/contrast, color saturation change. I want to bold out the blue of the bike, and sharpen the edges of the clouds in the background. Have you tried zooming? If you have that type of camera that can zoom the lens- zoom it to max (optical), than start backing up until you can fit the whole bike and a bit of scenery in the lens. Now shoot the same pic at three different angles to the bike in sort of an arc. Also try shooting at the level of the axle & see what the result is.

Re: Today's Pics of my Kawi !!
The thing I found about taking pics of lightning is to take lots of pics and hope for lightning shots, or have a camera with 'lightning' fast shutter speed.
Nice pics though. |

Re: Today's Pics of my Kawi !!
Thanks for the advice Tim. I was kind of in a hurry when I took the pics because what you can't see is the lightning storm catching up to me. Those pics didn't turn out well at all. Didn't really want to get caught up in it.
