Our amazing local Throttle Wear!! Mille Grazia
I want to post Kudos to Keith, Brian and Mark over at Throttle Wear (in Folsom, CA) for helping a rider in need.
 My mother bought me a pair of Joe Rocket riding pants for my birthday, they are the matching pant to my new jacket, however they run small and didn't fit. I wasn't sure what to do with them, so I called the company and they suggested that i try to exchange them locally. Well, that seemed a bit presumptive since they weren't purchased locally, my mom got them in Washington while visiting there! I headed to Throttlewear day before yesterday and explained my dilemma and Keith got right on the phone with his rep to see what could be done. He took back my pants and exchanged them for another pair that needed to be special ordered. Now that is what I consider to be service+++. I picked up my new riding pants today.  I want to THANK all of you over at Throttlewear for amazing, friendly service. I plan on making all my future purchases from you, to show my support and thanks for taking a potentially bad situation and making it better.BIG TIME KUDOS!!! SUPPORT OUR LOCAL THROTTLE WEAR! Yep, I have to agree!!! They are the best! Friendliest place in town!!!!!!! I am going to do all my m/c apparel, etc. needs there too!!

Nice people over there, I like that they sponsor a swap meet a couple of times a year, I have seen and sold neat stuff there.
But when it comes to shopping in their store, I can't seem to find the right boots, gloves that fit at a good price, or other stuff that I really need that I can't get cheaper elsewhere (I'm a tough shopper). Just me I guess...I tried several times, but I'm glad to know they give good customer service. |

Yes, I have to agree that Throttle Wear has great service. Pretty good prices on most items too. John, nothing wrong with being a tough shopper. Keith seems to be open to price matching on some items. I'll pay a little extra for the great service.......To a point. |
