Re: Introductions - Introduce yourself here...

I'm Marc, live in Atlanta. I'm interested in those who may have had experience riding the Natchez Trail. Also, cruising on low displacement motorcycles. I'm currently riding a Vstar Silverado (650) and formerly 1200 Sporty and a Shadow 750.

Yup, been up there several times! Some good roads out here, but too crowded for real fun.

This is a test, this is only a test. Had this been a real introductory post, it would have had information about the member, their likes and dislikes, their riding history and other pertinent information. This is only a test of the Pashnit posting system.

Welcome!

Hi Stephen

You've passed the first test

Welcome to Pashnit - I'm sure you'll have fun here.

Always good to come across another 'ph'

Would love to see you pass the second test - working out how to put photos on this site (there's a guide in the California road trips section).

Mainly, I'd like to see that Vulcan.

Please let us know if you need and help.

Stephen

New owner of YZF 600R

Hi. I am happy to be a part of this forum. I am new to sportbikes but I have a lot of experience riding dirtbikes. I recently bought a 1997 Yamaha YZF 600R. It handles really well and is a lot of fun to ride. I am hoping that if necessary, I could get some advice concerning performance or other information of the bike from persons who are owners. Even if the bikes are different, I still welcome any advice. Thanks.

Wobbly ride

Hi, I'm a farily new rider. I was riding a 2004 Yahama VStar Classic 1100. Pretty good ride. Very solid.

I now have a 2004 Victory Kingpin. Comfortable ride seat wise, but for some reason I feel wobbly on this bike and I didn't feel that on the Yahama. The Victory has low profile tires.

Can tires make the wobbly feeling? Or is something else? Well, something else besides me.
